Deposits
A $40 non-refundable deposit per site is required to hold your reservation for non-holiday weekends** $80 for Holidays with cash, check, or credit card. Checks must have time to clear and credit cards will be run at time of reservation. Cancellation of a reserved site is a forfeit of the deposit with handling fees. We at Camp Maiden Rock West cannot be held responsible for weather or other related incidents, including power outages at Maiden Rock West, illness, work schedules affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances Under unusual circumstances we reserve the right to move you to the next available site. |
